How your OPD wallet works

Every Prime 360 Plan comes with one yearly OPD wallet, from ₹20,000 on Bronze to ₹75,000 on Advanced. You spend it on any covered benefit at partner clinics, labs and pharmacies: book in the prime.care app and pay from your wallet. Since the partner is paid directly, there’s nothing to pay at the counter and nothing to claim back.

A few things about how the wallet behaves:

Bronze

For individuals only. Every benefit has its own yearly limit, so the wallet is split across consultations, diagnostics, medicines, vision and dental.

Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Advanced

One flexible wallet. Spend it on whatever your family needs most, be it consultations, medicines, tests, dental or vision.

Family plans

Everyone on the plan shares one wallet. Whoever needs care that month uses it.

Every plan

A per-transaction limit of ₹2,000.

  • Each payment can be up to ₹2,000, on every plan.

  • On Family and Family + parents plans, everyone shares one OPD wallet.
  • Fitpass gym discounts are for the primary member only.
  • Vision and dental are paid from your OPD wallet. On Bronze, each benefit has its own yearly limit, and Bronze is available for individuals only.
